Vacation part 2 (Oceanside)

Oceanside was loads of fun and we got to see lots of family that we hadn't seen in quite a long time. It was foggy every morning but the sun was out full force by 11 am. Lots of playing in the sand and all the beachy things you do; baby Lyla had the best seat in the house, with her little bed dug out of the sand. I also got to go for a ride on my first jet ski. (I liked driving it more than riding it.) We rode out to a buoy with all kinds of seals sunning themselves; one was barking the whole time and one giant one was resting his head on one of the metal bars and didn't move once while we were circling around. The water was pretty choppy but we got the jet ski up to about 30 mph out in the ocean and up to 42 mph in the calmer bay area. Here's a sampling of the tons of photos I took while we were there.
